Noel Fielding has confirmed his return to ‘The Great British Bake Off’, a show he has been presenting since 2017, despite recent health-related rumours circulating in the media.

The speculation arose after his Apple TV+ comedy series, ‘The Completely Made-Up Adventures Of Dick Turpin’, was unexpectedly axed during production of its second season. Fielding had failed to return to the set following the Christmas break, with his spokesperson citing a private health matter as the reason for his departure.

While concerns mounted about his role in the upcoming 16th season of The Great British Baking Show, which is scheduled to begin production in April, Fielding will continue his co-hosting duties alongside Alison Hammond, with judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood.

‘There has been absolutely no discussion about Noel stepping down from Bake Off,’ his spokesperson confirmed to The Standard, emphasizing that they had been in constant communication with Channel 4 and Love Productions throughout the speculation.
